Don’t worry, this tangy red salsa won’t bring tears (lagrimas) to your eyes. Our simplest salsa made with toasted chili de arbol Yahualica and guajillo. It packs a medium heat with notes of tamarind.

Ingredients: fire roasted tomatillo, toasted chiles (arbol, guajillo), sea salt, less than 5% water.
